The core of our community

Being a large majority of our overall time-slots available, we designed these classes to work for most people, and it’s meant for just about anyone trying to start or continue their fitness journey.

Keeping your whole body healthy

It’s easy to focus on the popular areas of your body like chest, biceps, glutes, etc. While those aspects are still important, we show love your whole body; we’re not trying to prepare you for a bodybuilding competition.

This comes in the form of working on under appreciated muscle groups such as

Quality over quantity . . .  and weight

Our workouts are structured around a time-based circuit format. Stations - and the exercises at each station - are done for a certain amount of time rather than reps. This means you can focus on proper form for each exercise because it doesn’t matter how many or few you do.

Taking classes also means there’s always a trainer there to help make sure you’re doing exercises properly since you might as well use time efficiently.

Work at your own level

Although exercises are set, the intensity is up to you. We’re not here to police everyone in making sure they lose X calories every session, and there aren’t class leaderboards that push you into overworking yourself.

We trust you to do what’s right for yourself: we’re just facilitators here to help guide you.

Sustainable and practical results

Functional training is at the heart here: developing strength in muscle groups that will help you out in everyday life. Because of that, our workouts aren’t going to wear you out over time, but actually make you healthier.

Classes are carefully designed to include sets of exercises that complement each other which also leaves you feeling good afterwards. Putting too much of an emphasis on certain muscles while neglecting others can lead to injury.

Balancing consistency with variety

Only offering one main class doesn’t mean you’re getting the same workout every time you show up. Each class follows the same core structure listed above, but each month, the individual moves in the workout change along with different focuses each day within the weeks. For example: slight focus on cardio on Wednesday and slight strength focus on Friday.

This means no matter how often you show up, you (and your muscles) will be familiar with what’s going on, but there’s enough change to keep it fresh & interesting.

Silver Strength (ages 55+)

Same structure. Same energy.

This class is just like our ‘Full Body’ class but limited to those 55 years or older. The classes are designed the same way, but with a heavier focus on joint-friendly exercises that are sustainable as your body needs more attention.

Our Silver Strength community has turned into a great way for everyone to make friends also and encourage each other through being healthy.

Dana is certified in pre & postnatal corrective exercise. This is a strength & mobility class designed for anyone at any stage of pregnancy or any stage postpartum. We focus on pelvic floor as well as full body health.
