TRAINERS

The backbone of our amazing community

Our trainers have all been members for either a very long time or since the very first classes. Everyone has a shared understanding of what it means to succeed, and we all come with the same energy to help you win your day.

Dana Matis

Co-Founder

Dana’s passion is rooted in the belief that everyone is capable, worthy, and an athlete. Considering herself a lifelong athlete and teacher at heart, her purpose is instilled in helping others to be their best, regardless of experience. A former D1 volleyball player and coach, Dana views fitness as an opportunity and a privilege to celebrate what our bodies can do as opposed to punishment or obligation. Come sweat with Dana and add another day to the win column.

The only way to advance individually and collectively is TOGETHER. Meeting others where they are at and sharing/learning from each other.
